produced there, with a tasting of the same. Appertizer and lunch
or dinner in the cellars.

OF THE CARTUJA :
The Yeguada of Cartujian
Horses ( Hierro del Bocado (Iron of the Mouthful)). Arrival,
reception, and presentation of the yeguada. Exhibition of enganches ,
stable of sires, yeguas and ponys less than a year old. In the
covered pick exhibition of the yeguada and ponys in liberty. Visit
to the guadarnés
Appetizer and
lunch or dinner in the same yeguada.
- FARM THE
ALBUREJOS
Leave toward the
farm THE ALBUREJOS. Property of D. Alvaro Domecq. Arrival
and receiving by the part of a Music Band in the "Patio
la Espléndida", where you will be served a drink of Jerez.
VISIT to the stables, guadarnés, and the other facilities.
Transfer to the Plaza
de Toros, where you will have place the "TIENTA", a
test of a calf by your selection, with a exhibition of rejoneo and
demonstration of bullfighting on foot. (without blood). Concluded
by the technical part there will be an invitation for whomever
desires to participate. Visit to the covered plaza
de toros "Virgen del Recuerdo ", that constitutes an
authentic bullfighting museum for the family.
